Design Service
Where we can assist you with your custom
family home we typically provide the
following service:
Architectural service proposal – Following
our meeting we prepare a services proposal
that outlines our understanding of the brief
and our proposed architectural service fees
for the project. This is provided in the
form of a Client & Architect Agreement.
Should you accept this proposal then this
document becomes our services contract.

Architect briefing meeting
We welcome the opportunity to meet
our clients at our office so that we
can learn about your requirements.
We discuss the site, the likely time
frames to design and seek Council
approvals and your project budget.

Where a client wishes for us to meet
them on site then a service fee is
charged. Should the project continue
this fee is deducted from the first
concept design phase. |

We can assist our clients by meeting
after business hours (Monday to
Friday) to allow sufficient time to
clearly learn the design brief. We
maintain this flexibility throughout
the design service to work around
our client’s employment and family
commitments. |

Building a new home is an important time in
anyone’s life: You want it to be “right”,
but there’s so much that you are not really
confident about. We all have areas where we
do have special knowledge, so it makes
absolute sense to use an expert when we
don’t have the experience and skills.
To comment on working with Craig Teasdell we
can summarise our experiences by saying that
it was an absolute pleasure for us. He has a
natural gift for design; communicates
easily; is a real gentleman; contributes
ideas willingly and is always constructive
in dealing with the issues that arise.
We look back on a two year association
through the design, documentation and
construction supervision – remembering it as
a happy time thanks to Craig’s involvement.

building again? Absolutely. We would welcome
