King & Campbell were initially engaged to design and obtain consent for the development in March 2018. King & Campbell were subsequently engaged to prepare detailed architectural and civil documentation for the construction of the building, managed all necessary specialist consultants and provide contract administration, construction survey and strata subdivision services.
