King & Campbell were engaged to provide planning advice and prepare necessary planning applications under Parts 4 and 5 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 for Stage 2 of the Charles Sturt University Campus in Major Innes Parade, Lake Innes. This included the preparation of a Review of Environmental Factors for early works and a Development Application for Stages 2A and 2B of the campus. Stages 2A and 2B are currently under construction with completion expected in early 2021. King & Campbell are currently assisting Charles Sturt University with their input to the Council’s Health and Education Precinct master planning.
