CLIENT     Parkes Shire Council

In 2015 King & Campbell were engaged to prepare a Vibrancy Strategy for the Town Centre of Parkes. The purpose of the Strategy was to identify a suite of initiatives to revitalise the centre. The Strategy was adopted by Council in 2016. 

King & Campbell were subsequently engaged to prepare design development and detailed design documentation for key projects identified in the Strategy, including the Clarinda Street (main street) upgrade and the Cooke Park Multi-Purpose building.

In 2018 both these projects received significant State Government funding.

These projects have a combined construction budget of $8 million+ and will be fully implemented by 2019/2020.

King & Campbell retain key roles in both projects.
