Since 2019 King and Campbell have worked closely with its client on the concept design and approval phase of this significant residential development. The 8 storey, 15 unit building, is located directly across from Town Beach Port Macquarie, and commands expansive views over both the beach and the Pacific Ocean. Development Approval was granted in April 2021, and the client has decided to progress the project into detailed design and construction phases. King and Campbell retain the lead consultant role on the project, including architecture.
