This new facility was officially opened on 29th October 2021 by Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Premier, Sam Farraway MLC. The building was formally a community health building adjacent the old Parkes Hospital. The $1.3 million transformation will house an integrated early childhood education centre, services for school-aged children, and family services for children from birth to 12 years. King and Campbell were appointed as principal consultant for the project in 2018, and provided architectural, civil engineering and landscape architectural services throughout all phases of design and construction.
