Nigel Swift and David Tooby attended the opening of Sunrise Estate in Nelson Bay in November 2019. King & Campbell have been working closely with the client Hometown Australia on this large residential living project since 2017 as the lead urban design and architectural consultant. The development comprises 193 home sites and comprehensive community facilities, which include a generous clubhouse and games room, bowling green, swimming pool and tennis court. The scope of services provided has included site master plans and concept design drawings to facilitate planning approvals, and detailed architectural, landscape architectural and interior design drawings for tendering and construction.
