King & Campbell have been the principal consultant on this significant 704 lot residential estate since 2014.  The site is between Lake Cathie and Bonny Hills and incorporates a town centre, extensive open space improvements and playing fields.  The town centre will ultimately service over 10,000 residents.

King & Campbell has applied its full range of professional services in guiding the project through the Development Application phase and the first stages of construction.
